movie where a teen couple gets pregnant?

I'm looking for a movie that was make in the late 90's. It's
about two teenagers, the boy lives with his mother or aunt and finds a
neighbor girl that he likes. They are both about 12 or 13 years of
age. The mom or aunt lets them have sex till the girl has her first
period, then the girl ends up getting pregnant before she ever
experiences her first period. Anyone know what this movie is called?
