Arnold Schwarzeneggers Stogie At Austrian Airport terminal Might Get Him Into Legal Trouble
FIRST Released: August 9, 2011 2:04 PM EDT VIENNA, Austria -- Was it lit or was it cold? The status of the cigar in Arnold Schwarzeneggers mouth in an Austrian airport terminal could decide whether he faces law suit. Smoking at international airports is banned in Austria as well as an anti-smoking lobby stated Tuesday it intends to launch a suit from the former California governor for puffing on the stogie after coming in June at Salzburg Airport terminal. But authorities suggest the affair goes up in smoke. Salzburg municipal legal expert Josef Goldberger told condition broadcaster ORF that Arnie can ignore any demands from government bodies in the homeland to reply because the charge isn't included in treaties. Airport terminal spokesperson Alexander Klaus, meanwhile, states the cigar was out. Burning cigars smoke and there have been no puffs for Schwarzenegger, he states. Copyright 2011 by Connected Press.
